Access Policy for Non-CAC ID Card Holders

For all non current CAC ID card holders

The Access Policy for the CAC for YSL games and training is as follows;

Parents will have CAC ID Cards. Players will not have ID cards. CAC ID Cards for the YSL will only allow access to the Campus on the players specific training night and Saturdays for games. These ID cards will allow access to Victory College if required.
Parents must take child to the coach. Parent can then leave if they wish according to what the CAC has advised although the YSL recommends they stay for the duration of training and games (which isn’t too much too ask really).
No unsupervised children are allowed on the CAC Campus
No adults other than parents will be allowed on to the CAC Campus unless they have CAC ID
Access on first training night will be pre-arranged and cards given to coaches then to distribute to their teams

The Access Policy for Victory College for YSL games and training is as follows;

Parents will have YSL ID Cards. Players will not have YSL ID cards. ID Cards will only allow access on the player’s specific training night and Saturdays for games. These ID cards will not allow access to the CAC Campus.
Parent must take child to the coach. Parent can then leave if they wish according to what the CAC has advised although the YSL recommends they stay for the duration of training and games (which isn’t too much too ask really).
No unsupervised children are allowed at Victory College
No adults other than parents will be allowed into Victory College unless they have CAC or YSL ID
ID cards for Victory College will not be required until the last week of September as we have we agreed a grace period. The YSL will distribute ID cards to the coaches during the middle two weeks of September to pass onto their team

Please note the YSL coaches are not a substitute for child care. Parents must take responsibility for own children or have nominated another parent as delegate.

Please respect the above policy, the YSL recommends that you follow it. If you follow the policy there will be no problems with access. If people chose to do something different -- e.g., send their chiildren with another parent -- that is up to them, but please do not complain either to the facility concerned or to the YSL as we have not agreed this specifically with the facilities concerned.
