FALL 2009 REGISTRATION INFO
3 Registration Saturdays:
June 27 at MBIS 9am - noon MBIS Pitch
August 22 at CAC 9am - noon Room 600 and CAC field
August 29 at CAC 9am - noon Room 600 and CAC field

Please download the attached form and bring the completed form to the registration day. You need to complete one form for every child. Registration is not complete until payment is made.
If you played last season you will not need a skills assessment, however if you are new then you need to come along for a quick once over.
The season will start on September 12th and end December 5th
As always we will need the help of volunteers to coach, manage so be prepared to sign up at the registration weekends, YSL cannot run without the support of these people.
